Hana Majeed is a senior management consultant, executive and life coach, and soft skills trainer with more than 25 years of experience across multinational corporations, government entities, and international organizations. She specializes in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, communication, emotional intelligence, and change management.

Through Hana Majeed Consulting, she works with leaders, teams, and individuals to strengthen capability, build trust, and create clarity—combining strategic thinking with a practical, human-centered coaching approach.

Ferhad Sami is a senior consultant, trainer, and program evaluator with over 30 years of experience supporting UN agencies, NGOs, government institutions, and private sector organizations across Iraq and the Middle East. He specializes in designing and delivering training programs in leadership and management, project management, organizational development, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Training of Trainers (ToT), and workplace soft skills.

With nearly two decades of experience at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and extensive consultancy work with organizations including GIZ, UNDP, and IOM, Ferhad is known for his practical, participatory, and results-oriented training approach. He is fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic and is currently a PhD candidate in Management at Asia Pacific University.
